Our real-time tracking feature lets you follow your order from the moment it's accepted to the second it arrives at your door.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Place your order — Once confirmed, you'll see the tracking screen automatically
- Watch the stages — Your order moves through: Accepted → Preparing → Ready → Picked Up → Delivered
- Live map — Once your delivery rider picks up the order, you can see their location on the map in real time
- Delivery PIN — A unique PIN is shown on your screen. The rider will confirm it on delivery for security
Notifications
You'll receive push notifications at each stage change, so you don't even need to keep the app open. We'll let you know when to head to the door!
Issues?
If your order seems stuck on a stage, don't worry — sometimes there's a slight delay in updates. If it persists for more than 10 minutes, contact support through the app.
